Texas girl,11years, $60,000 investment 73crores turnover

Mikaila Ulmer, 11years, secured a $60,000 investment from Shark Tank(tv show) and started BeeSweet Lemonade.

-Then my Great Granny Helen, who lives in Cameron, South Carolina, sent my family a 1940's cookbook, which included her special recipe for Flaxseed Lemonade
-lemon juice turns into "BEE SWEET LEMONADE"
She’s turning lemons into dollars.
Business savvy Mikaila Ulmer has just signed a deal with supermarket giant Whole Foods to distribute her “BeeSweet Lemonade” brand to 55 stores across the US.
The lemonade — which the 11-year-old Texan concocts with lemons, locally sourced honey, mint, and flaxseed — will be available for purchase in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
Ulmer attributes her delicious recipe to her great-grandmother Helen and her curiosity. Sustaining two bee stings at the tender age of 4 years old peaked the little entrepreneur’s interest in the endangered insects’ role in the ecosystem

“I didn’t enjoy the bee stings at all. They scared me," Ulmer told NBC.
"But then something strange happened. I became fascinated with bees. I learned all about what they do for me and our ecosystem. So then I thought, what if I make something that helps honeybees and uses my Great Granny Helen’s recipe?"
From there, Ulmer began perfecting her juice and entering it into competitions. At just 10 years old she landed a spot on ABC’s “Shark Tank” and locked down a $60,000 deal which gave her a 25 percent stake in the company, BeeSweet Lemonade, from CEO Daymond John, according to The Root.
The money will aid the bright little girl to increase production and facilitate the beverage company to run larger batches of the popular juice to keep up with demand.
The bee ambassador donates a percentage of the profits from BeeSweet Lemonade to local and international organizations who work to save honeybees, according to her website — where a ton of tasty lemonade recipes can be found. And the beverage is available to buy at a growing number of restaurants and delivery companies.
Ulmer’s business venture has landed her several awards — notably the African American Harvest Foundation Story Changer award and Environmental Entrepreneur Award for her work saving bees.
The POTUS himself has even tried the eco-friendly refreshment — this week, Ulmer appeared as a celebrity chef at the White House’s Easter Egg Roll and served Barack Obama a fresh glass of lemonade.
This busy little bee is buzzing, and she ain’t showing any signs of slowing down.
